Completed Prop 65. <br />01/13/2023 Assisted Nick L. in making a complaint and generating a Prop 65. <br />01/13/2023 Conducted field inspection and verified the site is cleaned up. <br />Alex Steele who is the environmental compliance guy for PG&E was on site. <br />01/13/2023 Complaint was received by John Alaniz who was notified by Alex Steele. Arrived <br />on site with Nick L. to verify clean up and met with Dave Larsen of PG&E. Dave <br />provided us with the details of the incident and showed us to the area where the <br />spill occurred. Per Dave, approximately 20 gallons of mineral oil were released <br />when a tree fell knocking 2 transformers off. Clean up was done by Pacific <br />Petroleum California. 5 55-gallon steel drums of waste were generated and were <br />going to be taken to 4040 West Lane, Stockton CA 95204. Per Dave, the <br />transformer was blue stickered but samples were still collected and were sent off <br />for profiling for PCB's. <br />01/17/2023 Saved photos to the public drive and generated a photo log. Completed dailies <br />from 1/13/23. <br />01/19/2023 Generated an inspection report for the clean up that was witnessed on 1/13/23. <br />Emailed report to Alex Steel at r2sv@pgescom and printed it to add to the file. Also <br />printed the photos and photo log. <br />01/23/2023 Spoke with Alex Steele, (209-337-8902) and he forwarded me the sample results. <br />I reviewed and printed them out and added them to the file. Transformer oil <br />samples came back as non-detect for PCB's. <br />01/25/2023 Worked with Gaby Garcia on how to snip the map from parcel viewer and add it <br />on the Emergency Response Record. <br />01/25/2023 Generated the emergency response record.
