SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY <br />1lPft <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility REDDAWAY Date 07/30/2022 <br />Address 1495 E PESCADERO AVE, TRACY <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: COY39LETL <br />Responsible Party Contact: RUBEN BYERLEY <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />A TOTE CONTAINING 300 GALLONS OF COLORANT WAS FORKED, CAUSING THE RELEASE ONTO THE <br />CONCRETE. NO WATERWAYS IMPACTED. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS 1 <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Arrived on site and met with Sammy Carrigan (Ancon). Clean-up is complete. No storm drains or waterways impacted. Initial <br />spill area cleaned up with absorbent. Spill on concrete covered an approximate area of 10x10. Concrete was power <br />washed. Waste water collected for disposal. Approximately 50 gallons of colorant remained in plastic tote. Colorant was <br />placed in 55 gallon drum for disposal. Tote was cut up and placed in 55 gallon drums for disposal. Waste generated will <br />remain on site pending disposal as hazardous waste. <br />Five 55 gallon drums of liquid waste and ten 55 gallon drums of solid waste was generated from the clean-up. <br />Disposal records will be verified on next routine inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
