Pulled files <br /> and read through narratives. Emailed Justin additional information. <br /> Received non-hazardous waste manifest to Potrero Hills Landfill. Emailed Justin <br /> back to see if samples were taken to verify non-hazardous. <br /> 10/20/2022 Checked on sample results status. Updated lead senior. Will discuss with lead PRESTO <br /> senior next week. <br /> 10/25/2022 Per Justin Duke, Northern California Hazardous Waste Manager, samples were PRESTO <br /> taken to verify wastes taken were non-hazardous. Received samples and <br /> reviewed with lead senior. Confirmed that the waste is non-hazardous. Samples <br /> were taken of clean soil in the area which came back with some hits and will be <br /> referred to State Water Board. Printed emails, Log2 and 5105 for complaint <br /> abatement. <br /> 10/26/2022 Received phone call from Mark with One Risk Group requesting to call Travels PRESTO <br /> Insurance Betty Zilado who has questions about their invoice. Called and spoke <br /> with Betty to explain that time related to ensuring all items related to the spill have <br /> been properly handled from initial on site visit, clean up verification to manifests <br /> and sample results review to ensure the clean up has been properly completed is <br /> billable time. <br /> 04/17/2023 Received email from lead senior with sample referral letter to Regional Water PRESTO <br /> Quality Control Board. Looked up complaint, already abated in Envision Connect. <br /> Drafted letter for review with lead senior. <br /> 05/04/2023 Referred complaint to Kristin Shelton, <Kristin.Shelton@waterboards.ca.gov>, with ALANIZ <br /> the Waterboard.
