ACCORDING TO THE <br />SCHOOL NURSE, 2 STUDENTS WERE SENT TO THE OFFICE DURING THE MORNING WITH SIGNS OF AN ALLERGIC REACTION. ONE OF THE <br />STUDENTS REQUIRED HOSPITALIZATION DUE TO DIFFICULTIES BREATHING. MANZO <br />Discussed with M. Henry, CUPA manager. Submitted a complaint referral to the <br />Valley Air.org complaint system. Emailed the complainant asking for any updates <br />or any additional information they may have for this complaint; received no <br />response. Called San Joaquin County on call number, spoke with Landa Zamora, <br />Fernando [PHS] <fzamora1@sjcphs.org> to make sure PHO Dr. Park received <br />the information. Mr. Zamora asked to have the complaint info forwarded to his <br />email and he will make sure Dr. Park received the information. Received a call <br />from Valley Air inspector 209-557-6422, who indicated that they received the <br />complaint and inquired if it was also referred to AG. Commissioners, confirmed <br />that it was. <br />02/27/2023 Called SJC ag commisioners office. Spoke with Myrna Gutierrez and verbally <br />gave her the complaint received from PH. I also forwarded the email to <br />MGutierrez@sjgov.org. <br />Recevied a call from Brendt Boyer who asked if we had received the medical <br />report yet. I explained no, we had not and we typically dont. I let him know we <br />had just received an email forwarded to us from public health. I forwarded the <br />email to him as well. <br />HENRY <br />02/28/2023 Provided an update to M.
