COMPLAINANT STATES THAT ON 02/18/2022 HER SON WENT SWIMMING AND APPROXIMATELY <br /> 12 HOURS AFTER SWIMMING BECAME ILL AND IS STILL ILL. COMPLAINANT STATES HER CHILD SYMPTOMS ARE <br /> VOMITING AND DIARRHEA. COMPLAINANT WILL BE TAKING THE CHILD TO THE DOCTOR TOMORROW. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s)116043,116040,& <br /> 116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
