The release <br />then went into a storm drain on site. Per Eric Morton, Broadbent and Associates, <br />the customer drove off before any additional information could be gathered. Patriot <br />Environmental was hired to clean the area and was on site. <br />Called Brandon Johnson, Patriot Environmental, 707-416-8109, and was informed <br />that they had completed cleanup. <br />Left for the site when the date changed <br />Eric Morton Phone: 510-518-3437 <br />03/12/2023 TIME SPENT: 12:00AM-2:00AM <br />Observed final cleanup of the drain and concrete in front of pump 8 by Patriot. Per <br />Patriot, they were able to determine that the gasoline did not go far into the drain. <br />Approximately 40 feet of drain was washed and the liquid was placed into a 55 <br />gallon drum to be disposed of as hazardous waste. An additional 55 gallon drum <br />of solid waste from the cleanup was generated as well. The waste drums were <br />labeled as hazardous waste and stored on site for proper disposal. Patriot <br />determined that remediation was completed at this point. Informed Supervisor <br />Nena Gomez that cleanup was complete and to ensure the drums are labeled as <br />Flying J as the generator and not Broadbent. <br />Recorded by <br />ALANIZ <br />ALANIZ <br />TIME SPENT: 11:00 AM-11:24 AM <br />Typed up an official inspection report and created the compliant. Emailed the <br />report to Environmental Director Joey Cupp at <br /><joey.cupp@pilottravelcenters.com>. <br />03/13/2023 Completed prop 65. <br />Received an email from Joey Cupp confirm that he received the notice to abate <br />and that the facility would be using their ID to dispose of the waste. <br />03/16/2023 Created the photo log, emergency response record, and site map. <br />Printed out documents and abated the complaint to the file- PR0542164. <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />ALANIZ <br />ALANIZ
