The release then went into a storm drain on site. Per Eric Morton, Broadbent and Associates, the
customer drove off before any additional information could be gathered. Patriot Environmental was hired to clean the area.
Observed final cleanup of the drain and concrete in front of pump 8 by Patriot. Per Patriot, they were able to determine that
the gasoline did not go far into the drain. Approximately 40 feet of drain was washed and the liquid was placed into a 55
gallon drum to be disposed of as hazardous waste. An additional 55 gallon drum of solid waste from the cleanup was
generated as well. The waste drums were labeled as hazardous waste and stored on site for proper disposal. Patriot
determined that remediation was completed at this point.
Please submit final disposal records for the hazardous waste to the EHD when they are received.
Report emailed to Environmental Director Joey Cupp at <joey.cupp@pilottravelcenters.com>.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code. If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title: Report emailed to, Joey Cupp
EH Specialist: JOHN ALANIZ Phone: (209) 616-3053
COOGMMPI9 SC974 03/12/2023
END 25-01 Rev 04/07/22
Page 1 of 1 Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
