All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hot water at the 2-comp sink is 85F. The hot water at the restroom hand sinks is 71F. <br />Increase the temperature of the hot water at the 2-comp sink to 120F (minimum) and at the restroom hand sinks to 100F <br />(minimum). <br />Per City of Lathrop representative, they are aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve the issue. The power went <br />out and the hot water heater had to be re-set. The water is slowly warming up. <br />Please provide proof of correction to inspector by e-mail or text once proper hot water temperature is restored.
