Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Facility is currently lacking hot water. Repair or replace hot water heater to maintain hot water at 120 F <br />minimum. Install a <br />wall-mounted dispenser and maintain stocked to ensure proper hand washing.
