I reviewed the Fertilizer entry and it has the chemical name as NPK Fertilizer <br />and CAS Numbers 308066-19-5. Is this the entry you are referring to? <br /> <br />Yes that is correct. Urea is included in the quantities listed under “Fertilizer”. Urea is an NPK <br />fertilizer. <br /> <br />For the employee training matrix some of the completion dates are left blank. Were those employees <br />on leave. I could not tell since did not see a color coding reference. <br /> <br />The training for calendar year 2022 was still in progress at the time the employee training matrix was <br />provided to San Joaquin County Environmental Health in September 2022. The color coding scheme <br />on the 2022 matrix simply helped the plant keep track of progress on training during the year, but <br />the color coding was not meant to convey anything specific to San Joaquin Environmental Health. <br />I’ve attached the final employee training matrix pertaining to calendar year 2022. Blank entries on <br />the training matrix indicate those employees did not attend the session and some of those <br />employees were out on leave at the time.
