Lathrop Rd., Manteca <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) recommends the following <br /> conditions as a part of developing this project: <br /> 1) A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface <br /> contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of <br /> non-point source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well <br /> as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage <br /> areas. If the report indicates there is contamination, corrective action shall be taken, as <br /> recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior recordation <br /> of Final Map. San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-502.070(a)(c)). <br /> Note: The Environmental Health Department received a surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report (Service Request #SR0085135) dated April 11, 2022, that has been <br /> approved. <br /> 2) A soil suitability and nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall <br /> be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to submission of a General Plan Amendment (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-604.010(d)). The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br /> the time of payment. <br /> Note: The Environmental Health Department received a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> (Service Request#SR0085782) dated September 12, 2022 that has been approved. <br /> 3) Submit Water Provision Declaration form to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review. <br /> 4) Applicant shall contact Natalia Subbotnikova, Program Coordinator, Small Public Water <br /> System Program, at (209) 468-0338, to determine if the existing well can be permitted as a <br /> public water system prior to issuance of building permits. If a public water system is <br /> required, applicant shall submit a Small Public Water System preliminary technical report to <br /> 1868 E.
