BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN , <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO . 4630 <br /> An Ordinance to Amend the San Joaquin County General Plan Map Pursuant to General Plan <br /> Map Amendment No . PA - 2200030 and Amend the San Joaquin County Zoning Map Pursuant to <br /> Zone Reclassification No . PA- 2200031 . <br /> The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin ordains as follows : <br /> SECTION 1 . The San Joaquin County General Plan Map , as amended , is hereby further <br /> amended by redesignating property from A/L (Limited Agriculture ) to A/I (Agricultural <br /> Industry) as shown on Exhibit A , attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance . <br /> SECTION 2 . The San Joaquin County Zoning Map , as amended , is hereby further <br /> amended by reclassifying property from AL- 5 (Limited Agriculture , 5 - acre minimum) to Al <br /> (Agricultural Industry ) as shown on Exhibit B , attached hereto and made a part of this <br /> Ordinance . <br /> SECTION 3 . The Community Development Director shall amend the San Joaquin <br /> County General Plan Map in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance . <br /> SECTION 4 . The Community Development Director shall amend the San Joaquin <br /> County Zoning Map in accordance with Section 2 of this Ordinance . <br /> SECTION 5 . This Ordinance shall _ take effect 30 days after its adoption , and prior to the <br /> expiration of 15 days from the -passage thereof, shall be published once in the Stockton Record , a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin , State of California , <br /> with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it . <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the <br /> County of San Joaquin , State of California , on this 25t ' - of July 2023 to wit : <br /> AYES : Villap_udua , Canepa , Patti , Ding, Rickman <br /> NOES : None <br /> ABSENT : None <br /> ABSTAIN : None <br />
