BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> R- 23 - 140 <br /> Resolution to Approve General Plan Map Amendment No . PA- 2200030 , Zone Reclassification <br /> No . PA- 2200031 , and Zoning Compliance Review No . PA- 2300026 of Gurpreet and Gagandeep <br /> Judge (c/o Mike Hakeem) . <br /> (District 4 ) <br /> WHEREAS , on May 18 , 2023 , the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered <br /> General Plan Map Amendment No . PA- 2200030 , Zone Reclassification No . PA- 2200031 , and <br /> Zoning Compliance Review No . PA- 2300026 , and voted 5 to 0 to forward them to the Board of <br /> Supervisors for approval ; and <br /> WHEREAS , on July 25 , 2023 , the Board of Supervisors conducted a properly noticed <br /> public hearing on General Plan Map Amendment No . PA - 2200030 , Zone Reclassification No . PA- <br /> 2200031 , and Zoning Compliance Review No . PA - 2300026 , as recommended by the Planning <br /> Commission , during which they received oral and documentary evidence on the matter ; <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors to : <br /> 1 . Adopt the Findings (Attachment A to the Board letter dated July 25 , 2023 ) for <br /> General Alan Map Amendment ; <br /> 2 . Approve General Plan Map Amendment No . PA - 2200030 based on the ability to <br /> make the required Findings (Attachment A to the Board letter dated July 25 , 2023 ) ; <br /> 3 . Adopt the Findings (Attachment B to the Board letter dated July 25 , 2023 ) for Zone <br /> Reclassification ; <br /> 4 . Approve Zone Reclassification No . PA - 2200031 based on the ability to make the <br /> required Findings (Attachment B to- the Board letter dated July 25 , 2023 ) ; and <br /> 5 . Approve Zoning Compliance Review No . PA - 2300026 with the attached Ordinance <br /> Requirements (Attachment E to the Board letter dated July 25 , 2023 ) as updated <br /> below : <br /> 141 . 2 . A minimum ix to e ht' 8 - foot- tall masonry wall shall be installed along the <br /> northern , eastern , and western property lines .
