Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-601.0200)). <br /> 5. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-601.010(b)). <br /> 6. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-601.010(c)) as follows: <br /> a. Install cement surface seal around well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently and the <br /> integrity of the well. <br /> Note: Multiple cracks were noted in the existing cement surface seal around well casing. <br /> b. Provide sample tap between the well head and pressure tank. <br /> 7. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-601.010(b) and 9- <br /> 601.020(i)). <br /> 8. Any existing wells or septic systems to be abandoned shall be destroyed under permit and <br /> inspection by the EHD (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-605.010 & 9-601.020) <br />
