City of Stockton stated the release has not been <br />stopped and contained. City of Stockton is on scene for investigation. Release will be mostly unrecoverable <br />due to the rain, <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br />On 12/30 found overflowing sewer water from a manhole in the intersection on E Marsh St and Olympic Cir. Water was <br />pooling in the intersection of Marsh St and Olympic Cir. Sewage contaminated water was pooling in the intersection <br />of Yellowstone and Olympic. A second site visit was conducted on 1/1/2023. <br />Observed sewage solids on Yellowstone and Olympic Cir. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br />In a phone call discussion on 1/1/2023, Richard Stiffler stated clean up was conducted and completed on 1/1/2023. <br />Affected areas were cleaned by pressure washing affected areas, and using a vacuum truck to remove sewage. <br />Collected sewage was placed in the sanitary sewer. <br />CORRECT BY: <br />INSPECTED BY: Frederick Ernest <br />RECEIVED By: Emailed to; Richard Stuffier DATE: 1/4/2023 <br />1868 E.
