SUSZYCKI
02/01/2023 Visited the location and found a large tent structure in the ditch on the south side SUSZYCKI
of Mistletoe Ave. and a large amount of trash on the north side.
02/01/2023 Filled out a complaint form, sent an email to Troy Botts at Public Works to confirm SUSZYCKI
that the encampment is on the county right-of-way, and created a photographic
log.
02/07/2023 Sent out an email asking to set-up a site inspection with ERT for 2/9/23 at 1000. SUSZYCKI
02/09/2023 Visited the location with the ERT(SO, Public Works, and Code Enforcement). No SUSZYCKI
one was the camp and the camp may have been abandoned. A burn barrel was
loaded with branches in the roadway. It was agreed that the treat of fire was great
as a mobile home was on the opposite side of the fence from the camp. The
occupant of the mobile home voiced her concern about the camp to SO. A trailer,
a boat on a trailer, and trash was also present. SO opened the tent and did not
see anyone or any valuables. It was decided to have Public Works conduct a
clean-up as the roadway was blocked, no one was at the camp, and the risk of fire
was great if anyone came back.
02/09/2023 Went back to the location in the afternoon and found the camp removed. SO had SUSZYCKI
the abandoned trailer removed and Raul from Public Works did not find anything
valuable and the camps resident did not come back. Public Works was still
removing trash from the other side of the street at the time of my visit.
02/24/2023 Created a photographic log using photos taken during the clean-up. SUSZYCKI
Created an Official Inspection Report (OIR).
Abated the complaint and turned it in to Mr. Wong for review.
03/20/2023 Wilson 3022. Reviewed complaint to be abated. No objections. erg '//0j— WONG
5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
