Cherokee Rd., Stockton, CA. 95215 <br />11/17/2022 <br />PHOTO #1 <br />C00055387 <br />Occupied recreational vehilce (RV) next to a single family residence (SFR) that is currently under construction. The RV was <br />observed to have electrical and water connections coming from the neighboring property. Violation: It shall be unlawful to <br />maintain or use any residence or place of business which is not provided with a means for the disposal of wastewater which <br />complies with the requirements of SJC Ordinance Code, Title 9, Chapter 9-1110, or the SJC Sewage Standards. SJC Ord. <br />Code, Title 9, Section 9-1110.9. Open sewage outlet obserserved. Violation: Sewage Discharge. No person shall discharge <br />sewage in any manner which will result in contamination, pollution, or a nuisance. CA Health & Safety Code, Section 5411. <br />Violation: Sewage Discharge Notification. CA Health & Safety Code, Section 5411.5(a)- EHD must be notified of sewage <br />discharges; CA Health & Safety Code, Section 5411.(b)- Any person who fails to provide notice to the EHD of a sewage spill is <br />guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Michael Suszycki, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist Page 1 of 1
