SUSZYCKI <br />03/30/2022 Met with Cal-Trans and Dennis from Behavioral Health. Observed two tents SUSZYCKI <br />underneath the 1-5 bridge and a large amount stretching from Ryde Ave. to Monet <br />Diablo, parallel to the 1-5. <br />03/30/2022 Created a detailed map and started work on the photographic log. SUSZYCKI <br />03/31/2022 Finished photolog and started on reports. SUSZYCKI <br />04/01/2022 Finished OIR and IR. Scanned and emailed to Scott. CC'd Mr. Shih and Mr. Naidu. SUSZYCKI <br />09/07/2022 Visited the location and observed the camp still located on the Cal-Trans parcel. SUSZYCKI <br />The camp appeared cleaned and organized compared to my initial visit. <br />03/15/2023 Ryde 1410. Drove by and confirmed site clean up per Mike S. comment on <br />9/7/2022, except for one camp. Observed 2 large dogs and one homeless <br />(though he might not be the one living at the tarp tent, though he did mention this <br />other person when I spoke to him). Informed James Perez of DOT and Dennis of <br />Behavioral at Task Force meeting today. Regardless END will abate this <br />complaint and referred it back to DOT since this was never in SJC ROW but <br />Caltrans' to begin with. Non billed for this time (though future complaint referral if <br />verified to be on DOT ROW will be billed to DOT).
