I found the septic tank open <br />and partially obscured by think plywood boards. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />I posted a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate next to the front door of the Single <br />Family Residence. <br />02/01/2022 Updated the responsible party information on Envision. SUSZYCKI <br />Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a <br />photographic log, printed it, and attached it to the complaint form. Turned in the <br />form for review. <br />02/07/2022 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE, WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN <br />LOG, DATED 1/27/2022 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />ESSIE SMITH <br />2834 SILVA ST <br />STOCKTON CA 95205 <br />07/12/2022 Reviewed the complaint and saw that no attempt at correcting the violations have <br />been made. Went on Oasis and saw that there was no change in ownership. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />01/30/2023 Reviewed the property and found a potential new owner. HUD may have taken <br />over the property. Sent an email to Shannon asking her to get document #'s <br />SUSZYCKI <br />2022-053640 & 2022-071390 from the SJC Recorder's Office. <br />01/30/2023 Visited the property and met with the new owner Ali (sp?). They have started <br />repairing the home. I asked to see the septic tank and found it with the top dug out <br />and exposed, but appeared secured. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />02/08/2023 Documents from the Recorder's Office show that Housing and Urban SUSZYCKI <br />Development (HUD) took possession of the property through a foreclosure deed <br />on 6/7/22. <br />Updated the owner and responsible party information in Envision. <br />51 05 rpt Page 1 of 2
