The parcel appears to have SUSZYCKI been formed after splitting off the parking lot of a larger lot. There is no information on wells or septics for the property. The property is near to a homeless camp that was recently shut down on Stanford Ave. and this may be where the trailers came from. 08/19/2022 Visited the property and saw at least 3 RVs/Trailers. The property was gated and SUSZYCKI full of vehicles and junks so I was unable to get a good view of the RVs. Called the complainant and left a message asking for access to their yard. Went to a neighboring home, not the complainants property, and was given permission to go into the backyard. There was a strong smell of trash and urine coming from the property with the RVs. 08/19/2022 Received a call back from the complainant. The complainant has a tenant that SUSZYCKI lives of Fairfax Ave. and stated that he would give us access in the future if needed. 09/06/2022 Filled out a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate and created a photographic log. SUSZYCKI turned it in to Mr. Sangalang for review. 09/14/2022 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE, WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN LOG, DATED 8/19/2022 TO PROPERTY OWNER MATUTE RENE ALBERTO 4900 N HIGHWAY 99 UNIT 210 STOCKTON CA 95212-1020 09/29/2022 Reviewed the complaint and did not find that the property owner or the occupants SUSZYCKI of the RVs have resolved the violations. 10/05/2022 Visited the location for a status check. I was four RVs/trailers on the lot and they SUSZYCKI all appeared occupied. The trailers had hazardous electrical connections and I could strongly smell urine from the sidewalk of Harding Way. The lot was gated and closed. 10/07/2022 Created a photographic log using pictures from my status check. Created a SUSZYCKI Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate. 5105.rpt Page 1 of 2
