The missing receipts are for Used Oil disposal.According to the <br /> EHS Manager, Sean McNally,The used oil from the forklifts is taken away for disposal by the forklift maintenance <br /> company( Holt of California located at 1521 W Charter Way, Stockton, CA 95206-EPA ID <br /> #:CAL000827892-ACTIVE ). This used oil amount is not being logged. The refrigeration used oil is taken away for <br /> disposal by Schrader Mechanical, Inc(1015 Black Diamond Way, Lodi, CA 95240). Schrader Mechanical, Inc <br /> (SMI)was provided a hazardous materials disclosure survey on 3/30/23, and they answer"NO"to generating <br /> hazardous waste. SMI has inactive EPA ID#:CAL000387596 and do not a hazardous waste permit with SJC EHD. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action <br /> regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years./Provide a list of contractors who managed the facility used oil disposal.The contractors must have an <br /> active EPA ID#and have a hazardous waste program with their county. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished today and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report by May 5, 2023. <br /> Notes: <br /> Waste streams: <br /> -Used Oil <br /> -Oil Filters <br /> -Used Antifreeze(ethylene glycol). Observed thirteen 55 gallons barrels of waste antifreeze/ethylene glycol <br /> "labeled hazardous waste" generated from the glycol sytem emergency clean-up. The start accumulation date <br /> on the labels is 01/14/2023.
