Per our phone conversation & e-mails regarding this project, below please find scope of work for amendment <br /> review/approval; <br /> SOW per contractor; <br /> At fuel dispensers/udes/fuel positions 1/2, 5/6 <br /> 1. Install bravo conversion retrofit plate <br /> 2. Cut plates to fit around electrical & installed back plate to allow drain into udc <br /> 3. Use retrofit epoxy to seal plates together & fill voids around electrical piping to ensure no fuel can find its way to concrete underneath <br /> 4. Allow epoxy to cure & inspect for any holes <br /> Attached please also find certifications & bravo manufacturer instructions.
