Complaint Investigation Summary <br /> Report #: 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: C00054747 Site Location: 9272 S SINGER DR <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />05/17/2022 Accounting received a call from the old owner (209) 847-9348 and asked me to SUSZYCKI <br />give him a call back. <br />Researched the complaint and called the owner back. He told me that he sold the <br />property in July 2021, but wasn't able to give me the name of the new owner. He <br />did say that he can find the documents if I need them. I told the old owner that I <br />would get the billing changed tomorrow as I am working from home today. <br />Looked the property up on the Recorder's Office and found the transfer document <br />number, 2021-121276. Took a screen shot, sent it to Shannon, and asked her to <br />get the document for me so that I would have the address of the new owner. <br />05/18/2022 Left the deed document on Kristina's desk, with a note, as it appears she is SUSZYCKI <br />handling the complaint now. <br />Called the old owner back and let him know that we have the new owner's info and <br />if Code Enforcement gets into contact with him, just have them speak to me. <br />05/19/2022 Received Grant Deed update from M. Suszycki, REHS. Updated responsible party SAETERN <br />information to 9272 Singer Rd, Escalon, 95320. Requested accounting to update <br />property owner and billing information to Fuhua Huang. <br />08/11/2022 Printed USPS tracking from USPS website. Most recent update from 4/1/22 states MARTINEZ <br />certified mail #7021 0350 0000 8150 1339 is OUT FOR DELIVERY. Scanned <br />printout to inspector Saetern's folder. <br />12/07/2022 Researched owner of the property. This facility was put on the market for sale on SAETERN <br />Sept 2022. Property owner are no longer Enrico Lee & Nancy a Ferroni Trust. The <br />property was sold to Fuhua Huang on October 28, 2016. <br />03/27/2023 Discussion of the complaint with J. Alaniz, Lead REHS. Property have been sold SAETERN <br />on February 2023. <br />03/29/2023 Property was sold on February 6, 2023. Photos published on realtor.com show the SAETERN <br />hazardous materials was removed from the facility. <br />Abate complaint.
