COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES IT MAY BE CAUSING RODENT AND BUG ISSUES. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#42 Disposal of Garbage and Refuse <br />OBSERVATIONS: Dumpsters are over filled with garbage and refuse bags and some bags are on the grounds. I observe 4 <br />black garbage bags, scattered trash ( used cups and lids) and cut tree branches in the parking lot. Garbage should be <br />picked up frequently and regularly from facility. Remove all the garbage bags and scattered trash from parking lot today and <br />as needed. Close dumpsters with lids today and at all times. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food waste and rubbish shall be kept in leak proof and rodent proof containers. Containers shall be <br />covered at all times. All waste must be removed and disposed of as frequently as necessary to prevent a nuisance. The exterior <br />premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish. During my inspection, I did not see any rodents or <br />cockroaches outside the food facility, in th parking lot or around the dumpsters. <br />RE INSPECTION IS REQUIRED IN 1 WEEK. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
