SHE ATE SAUSAGE, <br />2 OVER-EASY EGGS, PANCAKES, AND COFFEE WITH LIQUID CREAMER. THE COFFEE TASTED BITTER AND ODD. <br />SHE DRANK HALF OF THE COFFEE AND STARTED GETTING SICK WITH CRAMPS AND NAUSEAAROUND 11 AM. <br />AROUND 11:30 COMPLAINANT STARTED VOMITING AND WAS STILL VOMITING AT 2:38, WHEN COMPLAINT WAS <br />TAKEN. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed the prep table less than 24 inches from the hand sink in the front service area. The hand sink <br />and table were not separated by a splashguard. Provide a splashguard six inches in height from front edge to back edge to <br />avoid food contamination. Correct within 14 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. Place and store all food items <br />six inches off the floor. Correct today. <br />CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. Store CO2 cylinders upright secured against a stationary object. <br />Correct today. <br />CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br />food and food-contact surfaces.
