WEBER AVE DOCK E <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />06/02/2020 Contacted Kenneth Scott, Boat Owner. Discussed disposal receipts for waste GAITAN <br />generated from clean-up. Kenneth stated that the marina took all the used <br />absorbent pads and booms and kept them on site at the marina. Contacted <br />Stockton Downtown Marina, spoke with Mike, Maintenance Manager. He stated <br />that all absorbent pads and boom are on site and not sure of how the waste will be <br />managed. He stated that he will have Chris Magraw, Marina Manager, contact me. <br />10/05/2020 Contacted Stockton Downtown Marina. GAITAN <br />Left voicemail requested how waste generated from boat clean-up was managed. <br />10/14/2020 Contacted Chris Magro- manager for Stockton Downtown Marina. Requested <br />status for hazardous waste generated from boat clean up. Chris stated that waste <br />generated from boat clean up is still at the Marina. He stated that he has yet to <br />dispose of the waste. He asked if there was any options on how to dispose of the <br />waste. In response, I sent a copy of a San Joaquin County Household Hazardous <br />Waste Facility brochure via email. Let him know that he can also look up online for <br />hazardous waste transporters to come pick-up the hazardous waste. I requested a <br />disposal receipt for the hazardous waste. He stated that he would notify me, once <br />the hazardous waste is removed. <br />Printed out emails, separated confidential and public information. <br />GAITAN <br />10/23/2020 Reviewed ER file. Based on review sent email to Chris Magro, Marina Manager. GAITAN <br />Requested disposal receipt for hazardous waste generated from clean up. <br />Updated emergency response record and narrative for name corrections. Sent <br />email to John Alaniz !RENS' requested an update on his narrative. <br />01/19/2021 Corrected a name error on the 5/21/2020 daily. ALANIZ <br />01/19/2021 Received update from John Alaniz REHSI stated he updated his dailies. GAITAN <br />01/21/2021 Sent email to Chris Magro, Marina manager. Requested update on disposal GAITAN <br />receipt for waste generated from clean up. <br />Received automated email stated Chris will be out of the office until January 25th. <br />02/18/2021 Spoke to Chris Magro, marina manager, 323-613-5521 and discussed the oily pad BACKUS <br />and boom disposal. He said the pads and booms are still on site and he's taking <br />them to the County household hazardous waste facility next week. I emailed him <br />the small business hazardous waste facility internet link and told him they are <br />open for business customers on Wednesday only and an appointment is <br />necessary. I also sent him the internet link for a temporary EPA ID, if needed. <br />The marina site on Weber does not collect used oil or filters. <br />cmagro©asmstockton.com <br />02/22/2021 Received email notification from Garrett Backus Lead Senior REHSI. Email stated GAITAN <br />that Chris Magro, marina manager, would be providing disposal receipts for oily <br />solids generated from clean up. <br />Please note: email was sent on 2-18-21.
