All I need to close this one is a photo of the water showing
no sheen exists and a copy of disposal record for the 5 or 6 pads observed following the resurfacing of the boat. I had
returned to the site afterward once the salvaging company had left and observed 5 or 6 absorbent pads and some sheen
in the water. Your dockhand stated he would clean up afterward since he was working on another project.
I had been trying to contact you via phone but your mail box is full.
Thank you,
Claudia Muro, REHS
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Ave., Stockton, CA 95205
Mobile: (209) 561-89231 Main Office: (209) 468-3420
From: Muro, Claudia [EHD]
Sent: Monday, August 2, 2021 4:41 PM
To: markleroypatchen1229@gmail.com
Cc: Manzo, Elena K.
