He was calling to ask for SUSZYCKI <br />EHD to visit 19051 S. McKinley Ave., Manteca, for possible sewage violations. <br />Filled out a complaint form and did a quick review of the property. <br />03/10/2022 Visited the property and met with SO. Several RV's were dumping sewage on the SUSZYCKI <br />ground and a cesspool was dug with a trench from an RV leading to it. Spoke with <br />the owner and told him that I would not charge him for the violations at this time as <br />he is actively working with EHD and CDD to clean it up and construct a business <br />on it. Posted the property with a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate. <br />03/15/2022 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. Turned the <br />complaint in for review. <br />03/17/2022 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE, WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN <br />LOG, DATED 03/10/2022 TO PROPERTY OWNER <br />SINGH VARINDER ETAL <br />PO BOX 1169 <br />TRACY CA 95378 <br />07/07/2022 Reviewed it with Mike and Steve from Code enforcement. It was added to team. SALINAS <br />Steven told me that Michelle H. and the owner are meeting next tuesday to go <br />over the active violations and possibly a compliance agreement. <br />01/19/2023 Reviewed complaint, visited property on 8/16/22 for out of service wells inspection SALINAS <br />WP0043496 & WP0043497 and observed the recreational vehicles removed from <br />the property.
