<br /> sink to wash utensils and use 100F- 108F water in Igloo container at the hand sink to wash hands till heater repair.
<br /> *an hour later, Cafeteria Manager, sent me evidence of violation correction. Now the temp at the 3 comp sink is 138F and
<br /> 11 OF at the hand sink.*
