<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed containers of food at the self service sauce bar without a lid or sneeze guard. Food on display
<br />shall be protected from contamination by the use of packaging, counter, service line, or sneeze guards that intercept a direct
<br />line between the consumer’s mouth and the food being displayed, containers with tight-fitting securely attached lids, display
<br />cases, mechanical dispensers, or other effective means. Correct today.

<br />inside. Clean and sanitize cooler within two days. Maintain clean.
<br />The counter below the boba warmer was damaged with laminate missing. Repair cabinet so that it is smooth, cleanable and
<br />non-absorbent within two weeks.
