Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: MIDORI FINE ASIAN CUISINE, 2541 NAGLEE RD, TRACY 95304 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed some new shelving at the facility (to the left of the 3-comp sink and above the mop sink). <br />Shelving is bare wood. Paint or treat the wood to make the surface smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent. Correct by 2 <br />weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. Degrease, clean and sanitize the hood ad hood filters by <br />2 weeks. <br />Per Manager, the facility has an appointment for the hood and filters to be cleaned. <br />There is some pooled meat juice on the floor of the walk-in cooler.
