COMPLAINANT STATES THAT AROUND 10AM THE NEXT <br /> MORNING BOTH HER AND HER FATHER BECAME SICK, DIARRHEA, STOMACH CRAMPS, CHILLS, MUSCLE <br /> FATIGUE,AND VOMITING. COMPLAINANT STATES SYMPTOMS LASTED 3 DAYS. NO DOCTOR WAS SEEN. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Per MOD, no employees were sick around that time. If an employee is <br /> ill,they usually call in. If an employee appears to be ill at work, they are sent home. MOD states employees are good about <br /> self-regulating and wear masks upon return to work. <br /> Raw chicken is stored solely in the meat walk-in cooler.
