The report documents the construction of a <br /> composite liner system using a geosynthetic clay liner plus geomembrane in compliance with Chapter <br /> 15 and Subtitle D requirements. The D94 liner covers about 2.5 acres and ties into the existing D93 <br /> liner and leachate collection system. D94 extends east and south over portions of waste management <br /> units C and D89.
