(Forward) is pleased to submit the attached revised pages to our Report of <br /> Disposal Site Information (RDSI). These revised pages are being submitted consistent <br /> with requests made in a December 16, 1998 memo from your Department and additional <br /> staff discussions and recommendations. As you will note, only pages and sections <br /> referencing daily and maximum waste tonnage, remaining capacity, and site life have <br /> been revised. The remainder of the document has not been changed. <br /> As previously discussed, the attached revisions are consistent with existing environmental <br /> documents (EIR), the Deferred Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee Agreement, and the Use <br /> Permit. It is our hope that the attached information will allow your Department to present <br /> our request and your Board's approval to the Integrated Waste Management Board.
