In addition to the construction of new units,the report also provides <br /> the closure cover design for the eastern ash pit,removal plan for the interim surface impoundment, and <br /> the CQA plan for construction activities. The report was amended by the 14 May 1999 letter report from <br /> CH2M-Hill. The proposed designs and closure activities comply with Title 27 and the facility's Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements Order No. 97-141.
