Went on a site visit <br />with Lead Senior E. Manzo at the site we observed black stains on concrete at the <br />west side pavement of Osprey court and a black ford truck parked near it. We <br />contacted a neighbor for more information and she stated that one of the residents <br />in the court has a leaking Car always parked around the area. <br />NSO <br />08/18/2021 Site visit with Paul Nso (EHD) since the complaint was unanimous and the <br />responsible party address provided was not a valid address. Arrived onsite <br />observed dry black stained pavement on west side of Osprey Court and at the <br />intersection of Osprey Court and Sparrow Hawk Drive. Knocked on one of the <br />houses, met with the resident who indicated which car is leaking and which house <br />that car belongs to. A stain letter will be mailed to the responsible party along with <br />MANZO <br />HHWF informaiton. <br />08/19/2021 Assistance with letter to the resident.
