Mr DeVaughn failed to get his boat raised as we required and has not responded to calls or emails for quite some time.
He has been sent notification to remove his boat from the marina by no later than 07/30/21 after which time it shall be
conclusively deemed abandoned and as provided in the Marina Wharfage Agreement, the Marina shall become entitled,
without liability, to dispose of the vessel in any manner and by any means.
The vessel has not leaked any diesel since the original time of sinking which as you are aware was contained, removed,
and disposed of. The hard boom has remained in place since the day of the sinking and will remain in place until the
vessel is removed.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thank you,
Christopher Magro
Director of Marina Operations
Stockton Downtown Marina
445 W Weber Ave, Stockton, CA 95203
209-462-4200
StocktonDTmarina.com
CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE:
This message contains information which may be confidential or privileged. Do you have an apartment number
to his address at 71 Tenth St, Oakland, CA 94607? Or another address on file for him?
Has the boat been removed from the water? Is it still leaking diesel? Is the boom in place?
Thank you,
Claudia Muro, RENS
4
