Phoned 800-229-5353, spoke to Derek Early of Haz-Mat One. <br />Per Derek, there was 9 jugs of ammonia and 6 of the jugs was crushed when a <br />heavy freight was stacked on top of it. Causing the release of the ammonia. YRC <br />are to be the responsible party. Clean-up was completed by YRC personnel and <br />placed into a 55 gallon drum label as hazardous waste in their hazardous storage <br />area. <br />Updated J. Alaniz. <br />Generated official inspection report (01R). Emailed to <br />ruben.byerley@myyellow.com. <br />There were nine 1 gallon jug of Blue Ribbon ammonia, 6 of the 9 was smashed <br />opened and released contents inside the trailer. No evacuation. No injuries. No <br />waterways or storm drains impacted. Clean-up was completed by YRC Freight <br />terminal personnel. <br />Clean-up is completed. One 55 gallon drum of waste generated from clean-up and <br />kept on site at their hazardous waste storage area. <br />07/11/2022 Filled in missing information for the complaint: property owner, responsible party SAETERN <br />information. <br />07/11/2022 Generated a PROP65.
