SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />— --COUNTY -- <br />Greatness grows here <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: YRC FREIGHT Date: 07/08/2022 <br />Address: 1535 PESCADERO DR, TRACY <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: C00055035 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Six 1 gallon jugs of ammonia was released onto the trailer. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />There were nine 1 gallon jug of Blue Ribbon ammonia, 6 of the 9 was smashed opened and released contents inside the <br />trailer. No evacuation. No injuries. No waterways or storm drains impacted. Clean-up was completed by YRC Freight terminal <br />personnel. <br />Clean-up is completed. One 55 gallon drum of waste generated from clean-up and kept on site at their hazardous waste <br />storage area. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
