Brief Lead Senior. <br />09/08/2022 I called Jose (510-246-1847) with US Ecology at 5:58pm for a status update on GARCIA-MEJIA <br />the clean up. Jose informed me that cleanup was pending and he estimated it <br />would take about another 2 hours. I checked in with Jose again at 7:34pm and he <br />stated they were about 20 min from being completed. I discussed with Garrett and <br />called Jose back to inform him that I would make my way to the site. Phone call <br />ended at 7:40. I left for the site at approximately 7:50pm. Arrived on site at <br />approximately 8:45pm. <br />The responsible party retained US Ecology to conduct cleanup. Cleanup was <br />completed by US Ecology . Four 55-gallon drums of solid debris were generated <br />from the cleanup and are pending analyticals. The waste was transported to R&L <br />Carriers located at 4143 Jessup Rd, Ceres CA 95307 on a bill of lading numbered <br />183016.09.08.22. <br />Please submit analytical results and final disposal records to the EHD when they <br />are received. <br />Contacted Jacob Sturges (812-629-7018) with Premium Environmental Services. <br />Jacob informed me that they serve as the environmental compliance contact for <br />R&L Carriers. Jacob provided me with a good email to send the inspection report <br />over to. <br />Report emailed to Jacob Sturges with Premium Environmental Services at <br />jacob@premiumenvironmentalservices.com. <br />09/09/2022 Saved photos taken on 9/8/22 to the public drive.
