SALINAS <br /> Got a call back and agreed to meet them today at 12 pm. <br /> 03/03/2023 Met complainants and observed mud with sewage smell near the clean out and SALINAS <br /> along the tight line to the septic tank of unit 6. 1 went through the fence leading to <br /> the north side of the property where the orchard is and I could not smell or verify <br /> sewage. <br /> Provided fair housing phone number to complainant since owner is refusing to <br /> receive their rent check. <br /> 03/03/2023 Created a photo loo and a sewage notice to abate, scanned it and emailed it to SALINAS <br /> owner at 1 stating the following "Unfortunately, we <br /> received a complaint this week for surfacing sewage and illegal septic tank <br /> pumping. I was unable to verify illegal septic tank dumping to the neighboring <br /> property. However, I smelled and observed surfacing sewage at the clean out of <br /> unit 6. Please find attached report and photo log and kindly ask to disinfect the <br /> area as soon as possible." <br /> 03/07/2023 Visited property, the ground was wet, no sewage smell was noted, however, there SALINAS <br /> was dog feces near the septic tank.
