MHP HAS SURFACING SEWAGE. Looked RUIZ <br />for septic inforamtion on Laserfiche. Site appears to have a septic system serving <br />the mobile home park along with public well system. <br />Discussed findings with supervisor upon arrival to office. Generated complaint <br />inspection report on Envision Connect. Emailed copy of report to manager. <br />03/20/2023 Arrived on site at 15300 for complaint of surfacing sewage at Caribou Mobile RUIZ <br />Home Park. Knocked on office door. No answer. Left card on door. Called phone <br />number listed online for property. No answer. Left voicemail. Drove around site to <br />observed septic connections of mobile homes. No surfacing sewage observed. No <br />sewage odors. Talked to tenants and obtained information to call assistant <br />manager on site. Met with assistant manager on site and obtained contact <br />information for manager. Called manager and discussed reason of site visit. Per <br />manager they were unable to obtain a septic pumper contractor until the morning <br />of 3/20/2023 to pump out septic tanks. Discussed finding to owner.
