THE RELEASE HAS <br />NOT STOPPED AND IS ENTERING A STORM DRAIN WHICH FLOWS TO MOUNTAIN HOUSE CREEK. CLEANUP <br />WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE REPORTING PARTY. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Called reporting contact for information on sewage that may have gone into the nearby storm drains. Per reporting party <br />contact, the clear wastewater that made it into the storm drains goes into a retention basin. There is no lift station in the storm <br />drain that can be pumped and the wastewater made its way into the water basin that is fenced off and blocked from public <br />access. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
