SAN JOAOUIN 0 N T Y <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 12:30 pm <br />Time Out: 12:35 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: MOUNTAIN HOUSE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT Date: 02/08/2023 <br />Address: 0 MUSTANG DR, MOUNTAIN HOUSE <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 4200 - LIQUID WASTE PROGRAM Complaint #: COOGL4VPD <br />Responsible Party Contact: MIKE BUCKLEY <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />A BLOCKED MAIN SEWAGE LINE HAS CAUSED A RELEASE OF 50-70 GALLONS PER MINUTE. THE RELEASE HAS <br />NOT STOPPED AND IS ENTERING A STORM DRAIN WHICH FLOWS TO MOUNTAIN HOUSE CREEK. CLEANUP <br />WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE REPORTING PARTY. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Called reporting contact for information on sewage that may have gone into the nearby storm drains. Per reporting party <br />contact, the clear wastewater that made it into the storm drains goes into a retention basin. There is no lift station in the storm <br />drain that can be pumped and the wastewater made its way into the water basin that is fenced off and blocked from public <br />access. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
