Although they are now pumping the water <br />from that basin into the adjacent <br />Little John River. This is no accident considering the pump being used cost <br />thousands of dollars to rent per day. <br />Please see attached pictures" <br />Provided complaint information to Program Coordinators- Steven Shih (liquid <br />waste) and Natalia Subotnikova (Drinking water systems); sent complaint photos <br />attached to complaint to Natalia, both indicated that it would not fall under their <br />programs. Emailed the complaint and the attached photos to Roy Valdez, SJC PW <br />storm water division supervisor. Sent an email to the complainant to verify the site <br />address. Received a call from Roy, 468-9596/ 468-3074, went over the complaint <br />information and my email, he indicated that his unit fill follow up and he will let <br />EHD know if there are any EHD related concerns onsite in addition to storm water <br />discharge concerns (like hazardous waste spillage). <br />01/12/2023 Received an email from the complainant verifying site location, updated complaint MANZO <br />record with the correct information. <br />01/13/2023 Sent an email to rvaladez@sjgov.net asking for a status update, to see if it can be MANZO <br />abated with EHD (cc to J. Alaniz). Received a response back from Roy: " <br />Development services was going to take a look at it only because it is a <br />Stormwater Retention issue which they would have influence over. I should have <br />an answer on Monday for you.
