The oil on the pavement in question was caused by an automobile accident which occurred on Sunday morning (Manteca Police Report #22- 12471). The bank was unaware of the accident. In fact, until the oil was pointed out to Joe Rendon by Environmental Health, we were unaware of the issue. We performed an investigation with our Security team discovering there was an accident which involved Manteca PD and a tow truck which were onsite early Sunday morning. We have several calls into the officer that was onsite. This incident was not caused by the bank nor our tenants. We hired All-Environmental to clean up the mess which was completed on April 25, 2022. We are awaiting the manifest to submit for your records. To answer your question on measures that are in place to prevent in the future, this was an auto accident not caused by the bank or our tenants.
