Provide lids and today. <br /> I observed open bags of dry food, stored on storage shelves, by the back door. Store dry food in containers with lids and <br /> label today. <br /> Both hood filter plates have grease accumulation. Clean filter plates today and as needed. <br /> 3 D Atosa reach in cooler/under prep table, at the cooking area, has sticky exterior surface. Clean exterior surfaces today <br /> and as needed. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115(c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Facility is using bleach. Chlorine strips are not available.
