Clean shelf today <br /> and as needed. <br /> I observe some scattered pieces of ships on the sales floor prepackaged food storage shelves. Clean the shelves today and <br /> as needed. Corrected on site. <br /> I observe dirt build up on the compressor fans covers in Produce walk in cooler. Clean fans covers today and as needed. <br /> Corrected on site. <br /> I observe grease accumulation on couple of hood filter plates in the Deli Department back cooking area. Clean the filter <br /> plates today and as needed. <br /> I observe milk splatter inside the 2 D cooler at the espresso station at Starbucks. Clean interior surfaces today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115(c)) <br /> #39 Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Easily Visible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Some of the sales floor prepackaged salad and produce open case coolers have inaccurate <br /> thermometers. Provide accurate thermometers in 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br /> available to the food handler. A thermometer+/-2#F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br /> and high temperature warewashing machines.
