The Site is shown on the map as being situated at an elevation of approximately <br /> 20 feet above mean sea level with a local topographic gradient generally toward the south and southwest . There are no improvements <br /> or structures depicted on - site on the map . Adjoining and surrounding rooadways are depicted on the map as well as in the <br /> French Camp Slough to the north <br /> Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded areas on or near the project site : There is an existing French Camp Slough Levee , <br /> approx . 385 ' north of the project site . In the existing conditions , The whole site has almost flat gradient and it slopes towards West <br /> to North - East .
