No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted , except onto public roads , provided , however , that such light shall <br /> not cause a hazard to motorists . All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo - sensor system so as to be turned off during daylight <br /> hours and during any hours when the parking area is not in use . SIGNS : Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9408 of the Development Title and be included <br /> on the Site Plan .
