Goulart : The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District ( District) has reviewed the early consultation referral from the County of San Joaquin for the proposed truck parking facility . Per the early consultation referral , the project consists of a truck parking site for 103 trucks and trailers , a 4 , 464 sq . ft . truck wash and repair structure for onsite trucks only ( Project ) . The Project is located at 6251 S . EI Dorado St . , in French Camp , CA . The District offers the following comments regarding the Project : 1 ) Project Related Emissions At the federal level under the National Ambient Air Quality Standards ( NAAQS ) , the District is designated as extreme nonattainment for the 8 - hour ozone standards and serious nonattainment for the particulate matter less than 2 . 5 microns in size ( PM2 . 5 ) standards . At the state level under California Ambient Air Quality Standards ( CAAQS ) , the District is designated as nonattainment for the 8 - hour ozone , PM10 , PM2 . 5 standards . Option 3 : Use the following if the actual development project ' s criteria pollutant emissions are NOT expected to be significant .
